Accurate Edge performs case hardening of metallic components up to 50 HRS and 0.060” Induction hardening is a method of quickly and selectively hardening the surface of a metal part. A copper coil carrying a significant level of alternating current is placed near (not touching) the part. Heat is generated at, and near the surface by eddy current and hysteresis losses. Quench, usually water-based with an addition such as a polymer, is directed at the part or it is submerged. This transforms the structure to martensite, which is much harder than the prior structure. The benefits of Induction Hardening is an Increase in Strength and wear life, water resistance, parts maybe tempered altered induction hardening to adjust hardness levels as desired and having minimal distortion

Cylindrical Grinding - We are having a cylindrical grinding machine with a capacity to grind up to a diameter of 500mm (20”) and a length of 3 meters (120”), with which we can meet our customers’ various requirements when highly accurate grinding is required. Surface Grinding - Our surface grinding machine is capable to do grinding up to 600 mm X 600 mm X 1000 mm.

Our facilities are equipped with the latest deep hole honing machine with a capacity for the honing of diameter 500 mm (20” ) up to length 10 meters (394” approx.). With this capacity, we can meet a wide range of requirements of various clients. We have 2 vertical and 2 horizontal honing machines.

Deep hole drilling & boring - Our Deep Hole Drilling machine is one of the longest in the UAE and has the capability to Drill up to a length of 12 meters / 40 ft in one pass with a diameter from 2” / 50.8mm to 13.5” / 342 mm. The Honing machine can hone in one pass a length of 10 meters / 33 ft and a diameter from 2” / 50.8mm to 20” / 500mm. Advanced tooling and skilled operators with hands-on experience will optimise the production settings depending on the material and finish required. We can do Deep hole drilling on all types of alloy steel, Inconel – 625, 925, 718, 3 chrome, 9 chrome, 23 chrome, Super duplex, SS Grade – 304,316.

Accurate Edge has its own in house blasting facility with a Blast cabinet for small parts up to 1 mtr long and a Blast Room for parts up to 3 mtrs x 2.4 mts x 2.4 mtrs. This enables Accurate to blast a wide variety of parts with different media. Abrasive blasting gives you the ability to combine surface cleaning and finishing into one cost-effective process. With abrasive blasting, high pressure is used to propel a stream of abrasive media against a surface to remove contaminants and alter the shape or texture. A wide range of materials can serve as the abrasive blast media, including glass, plastic, aluminum oxide and many others. Typically aluminium oxide 120 mesh or 220 mesh is used to great a fine anchor pattern prior to coating to improve adhesion. Accurate Edge is your source for the best abrasive blasting for metal surfaces and fine finishing. Abrasive blasting offers the flexibility to tailor the process to meet your specific cleaning and finishing requirements. By altering factors such as the type of media, the size of the media particles, the velocity of the blast stream, the angle the stream is delivered by the blast gun, and the distance from the surface when delivering the blast, the user has complete control over the process and the results it delivers. Accurate Edge can achieve anchor patterns as low as 5 to 10 micron.

CNC Lathe and CNC Milling - Accurate Edge is equipped with the latest in CNC technology, our dedicated turnkey facility is equipped with 45 CNC lathe machines, which have C axis and hollow spindles that allow us to handle large components up to 12 meters in length. Our facilities are equipped with 21 CNC milling machines with a fourth axis, that can perform complex operations with the aid of CAD/CAM software technology. Accurate Edge is capable to carry out complicated precision profile machining with competitive pricing, a high level of quality and reliability.

RHS & SHS MS tubes Rolling can be done upto 300×300 or 250×150 with minimum radius based on thickness of section.Angle Rolling upto 150×150 with various radius can be done in our facility.
