Founded by the late Mr. Laxman J. Ramsinghani in the year 1976, Al Rama International Traders was incorporated under the auspices of the late H.H. Sheikh Rashid Bin Saeed Al Maktoum, fondly known as the 'Father of Modern Dubai'
What started as a small steel trading company with three employees, has grown into one of the largest trading houses in the region under the leadership of our late Chairman and today, it employs more than one thousand five hundred people.
Al Rama International Traders began its operations in 1976. Our main business interest revolves around the steel trade. We stock De-formed Bars and a wide variety of Structural Steel. Al Rama is a major stockist and supplier of Timber, Aluminium, Cement, and chemicals, ensuring the availability of the best variety of materials under one roof.
In recent years, we have diversified our building material division further to include metal-cutting discs from Tryolit, which is a world-class brand. Our in-house fleet of trucks. ISO tankers, road tankers, and Industrial bulk containers are used diligently and efficiently to offer prompt round-the-clock service to our customers.
